Grattan House Holiday Apartments: Terms & Conditions

A deposit of €100 per week is required to confirm booking.
This deposit is forfeited on cancellation of booking.
Minimun of 5 weeks notice for deposit refund.
Rental charge includes all necessary equipment, bed linen, duvets and television.
The total number of people stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded.
Electricity is extra for weekly stays and payable before departure. A meter reading is recorded on arrival and charged per unit.
Electricity is included for 2-3 night stays.
Apartments will not be available to guests until after 2.30 p.m. If you are arriving late please phone.
Checking out time is 10.00 a.m. on departure morning or by arrangement and left clean.
Maximum number of persons allowed: 6 persons per three bedroomed apartment, 4 persons per two bedroomed apartment, 2 persons per one bedroomed apartment.
No responsibility will be taken for articles lost on or stolen from the property.
The deposit payed for apartment will be kept as a good house-keeping deposit and returned on departure date should the terms and conditions have been complied with.
